CCW was included as part of the 3rd Edition printing. The rules are:
- Soviets start without the China card. Play 3 IP into China to receive it.
Until the China Card is active, these effects are in play:
- Soviets can't play Red Scare/Purge for the event
- Formosan Resolution can't be played for the event.
- Nixon plays the China Card and Ussuri River Skirmish are played as though the US player has the China Card.
- Cultural Revolution can't be played for the event.
And Korean War event gets an extra -1, I think.
