Played my first game last night very cool!!! Had one question I could not figure our. When you are placing OP points in a country, if the other player has control you pay double until they dont have control, I have that down. But, if your using a Coup, or Realignment, and roll dice for the amount of change, do those points from the dice roll cost double as well until they no longer have control?
