Although Wargameroom is highly regarded place to play TS online, I would not recommend it here.You have to be an advanced player in order to get around with the Wargameroom implementation. This is mainly because the text on the cards in your hand is not displayed.
If you're looking for a place to learn/teach the game, I suggest you give Vassal another try with the engine version 3.1.* as Joel suggested.
I have played quite a few games with Vassal and seen very few (and minor) problems.
