Hmmm... I was able to replicate the problem. It appears that the Google Apps Script associated with the Spreadsheet is not getting copied.Based on this Google Apps Script forum post, it seems like this is a reoccurring problem: http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/apps-script/p8...
I see two possible solutions:
First, I think if you wait a few hours/days and try again the problem will fix itself.
Second, I've got a slightly clunky workaround that will get it working now. I've shared a standalone copy of the Google Apps Script code here: https://script.google.com/d/11qQqZE_GFqG7CGWQjFnqKI3EBTobLe6...
Make a copy of the spreadsheet, then select the Tools > Script editor... menu. Now copy all the script text (in the Code.gs tab) from the shared Google Apps Script into the editor you just opened.
Finally, go back to your copy of the spreadsheet and try again.
