OK, after encountering few more bugs, especially after the first reshuffle, i picked up again my project and created a new Vassal module for PBEM.You can find it on the Vassal wiki pages.
Read the Quick Start in the Help menu before you start. You can report any bugs you find to me and I'll try to fix and update the module.
