If Blockade is played as an event, are you aware that ANY 3ops cards can be played? If you're US, just keep Decol or Destal as your holding card, waiting for USSR to play blockade on you. The other one can be spaced in case you end up with both cards in your hand.

That's too much inf in Europe for Early war, maybe even for a whole game. There's no way USSR is playing all of that inf without getting some backslash from US played event.
