The one card play that really bugs me is Nuclear Test Ban. If you think you can win an automatic victory with those extra 3 VPs, then I understand, if not, I’ll leave to use for ops for whatever threat the USSR player has up his sleeve.Wouldn’t play HISW on round 1, I’ll save it for somewhere between 6-8 in case USSR players finds a way to score some Mil ops, in which case it might be better to play for the ops.
You have Colonial Rearguards, so you have Africa and SE Asia covered for the time being.
If Destal was played as an event, I’d like to know what did the USSR player did with those IP. That was his best chance of getting into South America.
For me the plan looks good, but I’m not on the better half of TS players.
